Was the Accident Caused by a Defective or Inadequate Warning System?
Our law firm represents families in wrongful death actions, and we are also public safety advocates. Train accidents can be caused by defective warning systems. In these cases, the manufacturer of the defective parts should be held accountable. Also, it is important to have an expert investigate the crash site to determine if the safety measures in place were adequate.
