Brendan Flaherty

Attorney Brendan Flaherty was named a 2011 Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics. Only 2.5 percent of the state’s lawyers are included on the list, which highlights Minnesota’s best up-and-coming legal talent and has been published annually since 1998.

Brendan Flaherty practices exclusively in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death. He regularly handles car accident, bicycle accident, dog attack, food poisoning and product liability cases.

Mr. Flaherty graduated with a degree in history from Grinnell College and earned a law degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. Prior to joining Pritzker | Olsen, Mr. Flaherty was an associate at the law firm of Campbell Knutson, P.A. where he specialized in civil litigation. Mr. Flaherty also spent two legislative sessions on staff at the Minnesota Senate where he drafted legislation and provided policy research for the Transportation, Environment & Natural Resources, Crime & Public Safety and Judiciary Committees.

Mr. Flaherty is active in the community and regularly volunteers for youth organizations. He is a Bolder Options mentor and financially supports the YWCA. Every year he participates in a firm-sponsored bowling fundraiser for the Highland Park Friendship Club, an organization that provides teens and young adults with disabilities the opportunity to participate in social and recreational activities.
