Liability- being liable, that is being legally responsible.

No-Fault Insurance- mandatory automobile insurance in the state of Minnesota which allows the insurance holder to collect compensation from his/her insurance provider regardless of fault.

Statute of Limitations- the time in which legal action may be taken.

Negligence- Failure to exercise caution or consideration resulting in damage to another party.
